I was delighted by the service Paul provided to us. He relaid our water main in freezing conditions and a foot of snow so we could replace our boiler this February. With two children under 5 and no heating, this was a major emergency and he responded accordingly. His advice was always honest, straightforward and clear, especially where it came to liaising with Severn Trent to get the new main connected. The job was done in a day with very little disruption and mess. I was at my wits end with plumbers and Severn Trent until I found Mr Mole who provided me with a solution to my problem that was quick, efficient and extremely good value for money. Once the new main was in our pressure and flow increased dramatically and we now have a torrent of hot and cold water gushing from all of our taps rather than the slow sad trickle there before.
